Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://mobasafricancuisine.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Mobas African Cuisine markets and arranges Smoke Jollof, Egusi, Grilled Tilapia Fish. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. Mobas African Cuisine (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Account Closure. Mobas African Cuisine reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Mobas African Cuisine makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobas African Cuisine's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Mobas African Cuisine in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Mobas African Cuisine against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of MD, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in MD.
